Most people are familiar with the fact that there was a Brotherhood of the Rosycross in 17th century Europe. Usually, these same people are not aware of the fact that in our time there is also a group of people calling themselves Rosicrucians.

Part 3 of the Crystal series is to inform people, by means of a number of articles, of various aspects of the teachings and activities of the historical and of the present-day Rosicrucians.

It explains what the concept 'Rosycross' signifies. The 17th century brotherhood is placed against the back­ground of its time and a concept like Trigonum Igneum, the fiery triangle, a key to the everyday spiritual mode of life of the Rosicrucians, is extensively discussed. In addition, key figures within both the classical (Johann Valen­tin Andreae) and the current movement (Jan van Rijckenborgh) are put into the limelight.

In the Crystal series, Rozekruis Pers publishes texts which may be of help to the seeker on his spiritual Path. This book, which clarifies what Rosicrucians are, and what the link is between Rosicrucians through the ages, can be considered in this context.
